This was such a fun book! I grabbed it as a freebie because the title made me laugh, and I love the fake relationship trope, and I was happily surprised about the story. It made me laugh, swoon, it just made me happy!

I love Riley so much, with all her quirky shenanigans! Nick is just amazing, and the whole book I couldn’t stop reading but I kept taking breaks to make it last longer! The whole murder mystery kept me on my toes, unsure what would happen next, and the whole gang had me laughing so much again! They’re all crazy and I love them all! 

It was so good to see Riley and Nick taking relationship steps, having something ‘normal’ in their hectic lives filled with murder and explosions. It’s just the perfect murder mystery with a good sprinkle of love and romance!

This was so good! I loved the audiobook so much. It was a proper ‘bookstagram made me do it’ book and I’m so happy for it. Both narrators were new to me and they’re were amazing!

Too much complaining

I had the biggest grin on my face reading this book, I loved it so much! It was such a great lighthearted story, a perfect one for summer! And I’m so glad to have finally read a book where it’s acknowledged that people have periods. I can’t remember many romance novels where it’s mentioned, and even less where it was handled like in this one!

I didn’t expect the suspense part of this book, but it drew me in fast! I loved Patrick’s protective side, and they’re so good together. A detail I loved was that the closer they got, the more Ari calls him Patrick instead of O’Doul. And I can’t wait to read the story with Nate and Becca, I’m intrigued!

This book turned emotional fast! I should know by now that Vi Keeland books are never what you expect, but they get to me every time. A beautiful story, even if it had one of my least favourite plot twists. At least it was resolved fast. 

I love the quote “Enjoy the happy times, even if they come with a few tears”, it’s a great way to live life!

I adore Grant and Declan. They work so well together, because they’re in the same world. The story is so good, I love how much everything just clicks. I love how open Grant is to Declan with what he wants, and it was so great to see them both fall. And who wouldn’t! They’re swoon-worthy together. I nearly threw my kindle at the wall for the last couple of chapters, pleading them to change their minds. I will drop everything the moment I can get my hands on the second book! They’re are still too many loose threads, and I just have to pull on all of them!

This was a fun audiobook, an easy listen. The story was good, but everything happened a bit too fast and easy for me. Still very entertaining!
