I really liked this book, but at the same time the relationship between Noelle and Scott went a bit too fast for me to keep up with everything. I was rooting so much for Noelle to find her power, especially when it came to her father, and I loved how supportive Scott was throughout.

This audiobook was okay. I liked it, but everything moved a bit too fast for my liking.

I loved this book so much! It’s a new universe with all new characters, but it’s still so very much Pippa. It had everything I love from her writing. The lovable couple, the quirky families, the adorable pets that are never up to any good in the best ways, the ingredients were all there for a great time! I’m a big fan of the grumpy/sunshine trope, and Hayes and Begonia fit right in with some of my favourite couples!

I loved this audiobook! Sometimes you have to make your own timing and go for what, or who, you want. With so many starts and stops between Harlan and Katie, their road to a happy ending is a great journey for us to follow along. They’re amazing together, and so are the rest of the characters in the story. It’s great to see old friends again (hi Cooper and Jones!) and I can’t wait to continue this series and discover the stories for the others. I’m sure they’re just as entertaining as this book was!
It isn’t necessary to enjoy this book, but I do recommend reading the prequel novella before diving into this one. It’s such a great and steamy meet cute!

I loved this book! It was such a great mix of light suspense, mystery, and romance. The tension was so obvious, but so were the complications of falling for someone you’re investigating. Definitely going to continue this series!

I really liked this audiobook, but something kept me from loving it and I can’t put my finger on it. It felt slow at times but also like everything was progressing too fast?

I loved this book! This story was about love, about family, about hope, about strength. I loved Simone’s journey to choosing what she wants and not doing what is best for other people. Alex helped her so much, and she helped him just as much in return. Sprinkle that with some great tennis content, and I’m happy! And I just loved all the French words dropped in whenever Alex spoke, I learned some great new swears, haha!

This novella felt more like a sneak peek into the first book in the series than a standalone book, ending when it’s starting to get going. I liked it, but it wasn’t gripping me so much that I have the need to pick up the next book immediately.

This was such a fun, quick read, just what the doctor ordered! The meet cute in this novella was great, there was so much great flirting, and the hookup left me wanting more! Can’t wait to read their full novel!
