Disturbing read for me...

There is very little literature on asexuality and this book is reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, it is not very good. All the information in this book can also be found free of charge on AVEN.

The book itself is very subjective, radical and angry. Much of the content is judgmental and patronizing towards the reader and attacks the LGBTQ community.

If I were a young, insecure asexual, I would feel very bad after reading this book because I would get the impression that I don't meet the requirements for being asexual.
If I were a friend or family member who wants to find out more, I would feel that asexuality is a radical freedom movement.

I recommend to stay away from this book and to find out more on AVEN or to read "The Invisible Orientation" by Julie Sondra Decker.

Highly enthusiastic, a good starting place if you are looking for information. Also, I haven't seen advise on how you can date as an asexual in other books.

For more detailed information I still reccomend "The Invisible Orientation: An Introduction to Asexuality" by Julie Sondra Decker.
