The story itself was incredible. The storytelling, however, was extremely poor. I've been reading up on this book and it's pretty controversial.

It was good. Not as good as the third book though.

Great!

I tried to read it once as a child but wasn't too into it. Reading it now, well, it was really good. Nice and quirky.

I didn't expect this book to be as good as it was. It's so popular and often that gives me too high of expectations, but this was fabulous. I didn't know much about the the plot or anything when I began, but it was great and not terribly predictable. Very sad though.

Too short for me to really get into

What I most liked about this book was the background, muted interactions that were implied and alluded to; things that the reader picked up on but Christopher missed. His perspective was interesting, although I've heard negative things about the representation/research.

Beautifully written.

A brilliant re-read. Loved it at before and love it now. The reader for this is also great.
