Fair.

It was a good message, but I feel like it didn't really go deep enough. Things were pretty surface level and characters were just sort of tropes.

This book had a lot of issues, wasn't tied together, and didn't age particularly well.

I admit, I am out of the age demographic of this book, but the ages and perpectives of the characters didn't seem so on-point? The kids definitely seemed more middle school than elementary school for some reason? It took me out of the story a bit. That asides, it was great.

Fantastic read and fascinating premise.

I liked it a lot.

This was wrapped up very nicely.

This is probably my favorite of hers. Strangely uplifting.

I don't usually read essays, but this was good.
