I was into Joia and Teddy so the ending felt very abrupt. WHERE THE REST?! Should’ve read the Wright Bros series first because some of them appear here. Gonna read them before I read the last book in this series.

Christina is a fantastic writer who immediately drops you into a story, introducing characters you can’t wait to follow. This book is no exception. Plus it made me LOL several times.

There’s not much here. Why bother with a third act breakup in a novella? Only finished it because it was so short.

The MC’s antics were SO entertaining. I literally gasped a few times. 😂 Mostly, and a few times, stunningly closed door. I think there was one, brief open door scene.

Very strong start, but got off the rails when the villain was introduced. Very heavy handed use of them. Corny at times but some pretty good characterization so I’m willing to read the next book.

Good chronic illness representation.  Not super spicy. Lots of kissing scenes.

This book did not age well. Over fixation on thinness, younger/inexperienced woman who’s had a crush since she was a kid. Oh but she’s a natural when she finally  gets him. 🙄 Didn’t like how the age gap was handled at all.
