Ok so I guess I didn't 'read' this one, but still. I liked Wreck This Journal and have done most things it asks but I found it to be kinda boring and not nearly as amazing as most people make it out to be.
The Fast Diet: The Simple Secret of Intermittent Fasting: Lose Weight, Stay Healthy, Live Longer
This book is extremely well written, heavy on science (and sources which is always good) but not bogged down in it and overall a good read if you're interested in this kind of thing. I can't give the diet itself any review because I haven't done it but the book is certainly good!
This started off quite promising, but got so bogged down in so many different stories and so much detail. Some of it I just skipped over because it was so boring, despite the fact that the subject matter interested me. I would've enjoyed this more about 5 years ago I think.
I did give this 2 stars but then I remembered about the Prince of Wales subplot and OH GOD that was just so bad, so I'm knocking a star off. Utterly unnecessary and the whole thing was so hard to believe.

This novella is a perfect little introduction to Sophie and Liv. I didn't know it was a prequel to The Girl You Left Behind - luckily I'd bought both so I could go straight on to it, because the romance of Paris totally drew me in (even though neither woman is having a particularly great time) and I just wanted to continue reading their stories. Jojo Moyes is one of the best chick lit writers around - multi layered, believable characters, romance, captivating stories...I'm looking forward to catching up with Liv and Sophie in the Girl You Left Behind.
