I love so much of this book! It isn‰ЫЄt overly critical or informative, but gives enough detail that you can keep exploring options on things you really choose to change in your lifestyle. I think it‰ЫЄs a great book to begin being more mindful about what we use and how we use it in our lives.
A nice before bed read. Really selfish characters who make it known to everyone they aren‰ЫЄt going to change was a little off putting. And I was bummed we didn‰ЫЄt learn more about Jack overall. Sadie‰ЫЄs friends were great, but I feel like they drank too much, considering Sadie had no extra money and that drinking was talked about constantly. It was a fine read, but nothing to gush over.
This was fun! Fantastic audiobook with so much banter, passion, and enthusiasm. It really helped having watched Outlander, been to half of the locations (before they were TV famous!), and having a live to learn more about where some family was from!
Very interesting for some views, takes, and ideas on breathing. Not as much science based as it seems more his journey through learning about breathing.

I loved this book! Even though it may not be long in length, you will get a ton out of it trying to answer all the questions and thinking about what you’ve done and what you’re going to do next. It’s fantastic - I only had him as a teacher for one quarter, but his antics and ponderings will stay with me forever.
This was wonderful and beautiful and full of joy and happiness. I loved these essays and connected with many. I read this with a friend and I am so glad I did, as we read a few essays each day and we are able to talk about them for a bit while they were still fresh.
That kept me thinking and on edge the whole read! Always something new around each corner!
I loved this book. It was such a beautifully woven story between mother and daughter who lost each other. And I love books about books!
