Helen was totally my favorite! A great read. Wonderful to read a completely different and REAL perspective from our history. These ladies were fantastic and I am excited for the next adventures!

Yes. Loved. Love learning about trees. A great companion book to Simard’s Finding the Mother Tree. Here’s goes way more scientific, but is North America, and his speaks to the mother tree and takes place mainly in Europe. Very interesting.

This was lovely. I love knowing this part of Brooklyn enough to walk with the characters. I also loved the fruits and children connection. Very beautiful, lots of realizations, lots of turmoil.

I loved this. I wish there was more to it, it felt full of ideas, but very little to fill them out. I loved the books, nature, family drama, love, friendship… a great listen to get a dreamy feeling.

Uffda. It’s not the worst book, but wow did it get boring. Characters were boring, but some funny bits, then storyline felt like they just vanished not a lot of wrap up, and I had I finish it because I loved her other book so much, but I had high hopes. Meh.

The last third is the best part. I struggled with the beginning. Wow she was annoying. Growth, but I had a hard time finding any common ground or sympathy for her.
