I'm an audio book type of gal, but I read this book. Thank you! I'm at a point in my life where I really needed to be reminded of so many aspects in this book. I feel like I've been sitting in a stalled car at a yellow light for way too long waiting for the car to finally turn over or for the light to turn green & this book reminded me that I can always get out & walk...
