I received this as a Goodreads First Read.

I loved the cast of characters in this book. They aren't your typical types found in romances and all felt really real. It was a quick read too, I had a hard time stopping until I was done reading. I read while eating and even ignored the uncomfy nature of the chair I had claimed because I was so curious as to what was going to happen next. And I loved the fact that Zia, the FMC, is a strong woman character. She's not just a damsel in distress, but someone who is capable of taking care of herself in a many situations. That doesn't mean it isn't nice to have someone else do it once in a while ^_~
