I'm just going to write one review for this series, it's too much of a hassle to write/rate each one, but it is amazingly good. I love the art work here, and the story is so engaging, especially as it goes one, that I can't help but be drawn in. I have forgone sleep, studying, and food reading this series because the world Hoshino-san created trumped the one I was living in. I love the characters, Allen reminds me of Edward from Fullmetal Alchemist at times, but they all are people I would love to meet. Even the villains are hard to entirely hate, their motivations are strong and who isn't taken in by Tyki's suave nature? But what really makes this special is the world. An Victorian AU setting, everything fits together from plot to backgrounds you can see it build in your mind. And the angst! I'm a secret lover for it, and the layer of it here are just delicious. But it's more than just that, it's the struggle against it and the strength to keep smiling even if you're forced to do painful things.
