Not a great mystery, the villain is rather obvious. Nevertheless it was fun to read. After all what was there not to love about a trashy Sherlock Holmes/John Watson novel?

I was seriously ready for this to be the last book I read in the series. Then the last pages of the last chapter came and I had to keep reading for the surprise at the end. I am really growing less fond of this series.
