first 45 pages were so good and then there was a time job and it got boring
“bound and gagged” is a crazy thing to put in a kids book
A fantastic collection of short stories. Some were so weird, but all spoke to me greatly. I particularly loved A Forest Under Earth and The Accidentals. Now I want to read more by Nettel.
very cute and really loved the Armenian rep and the bi rep. Didn’t looove the narrator and found the love interest much more compelling so i would have preferred a duel pov. very cheesy and fun!
Disappointing considering how much I loved Slate’s first book. The way she organized this book confused and annoyed me.
Interesting enough, but definitely not a standout. Dawn wasn't an incredibly compelling character to me, but I enjoyed reading about her gender journey. I really wanted more about Gertrude and Marta- they rocked.

What an absolutely stunning story. Sad this book sat untouched on my shelf for 3 years; I can't wait to share this with everyone.
