I'm just finding this one boring. I find the idea intriguing, but every paragraph is so dense that a page feels like 3... And it's just not that intriguing.

Solidly cute, funny, and a teeny tiny bit spooky. Love me a vamp girlfriend and golden retriever (husky) boyfriend.

A short but sweet introduction to Joshua Rashaad McFadden, his inspirations, and his influential work during pivotal moments of recent social justice movements.

A cute little book about becoming an accountant and CPA. A solid little collection of infographics that is generally informative to any newly graduating accounting majors.
I was reading this as an audiobook. There was a new character introduced with an accent. I gave it some time but I just absolutely cannot stand how their voice is being read. Might end up picking this up again as a physical book... But maybe not. There is so much to read and I wasn't super invested in any of the relationships in this series and the plot is sorta basic even if the lore is cool.

Very much enjoyed this book. It is a light read with a strong character focus. If you enjoyed the first book you will probably enjoy this one as it is just a continued adventure with the characters we loved from the first book. The messaging is light and basic and it is fantastic as just a cozy sci-fi "day in the life" sort of book. But I love it for that. Could have maybe rated higher if it felt like more was going on. But it didn't need more to be going on to be loveable.
