This is a book I return to every once-in-awhile. The appreciation it exudes for the written word, alongside the endearing characters and the fun plot is always worth re-diving into. I think I might re-read the rest of the trilogy this go-around. Some childhood favorites suffer from being re-read as an adult. But this one doesn't in any way.

Yes... just... wonderful. Terrifyingly imaginable.

This series is just a phenomenal one. The care Sanderson puts into his writing is so apparent in this conclusion to the Mistborn Trilogy. As soon as I finished this series I knew I just had to share it!

Just a bit after finishing this book I was able to start reading the series over again but with my parents. It has been an undertaking to remember to read on the days I'm able to visit them... but man oh man has it been such a pleasure to share these books with them. My mom is someone who got me into fantasy when I was young and it was so fun to share such a developed and beautiful story with her and my Dad.

I haven't read another Sanderson series and part of me feels reluctant to read more as I loved this series so much and another popular Mormon author failed me when I really started getting into his work *cough* Orson *cough* Scott Card *cough*. But after a second read of this series, I just have to bite the bullet, hope Sanderson continues to be better, and hope I can enjoy more of his work.

I loved the plot. A masterpiece that pulled me in and kept me reading until the very end. Not often is it that I don't have to make myself, at some point, keep on. It was a smooth lovely read from beginning to end.
