honestly i loved this and i thought it was perfect. shocked at how much i loved this. absolutely gobbled it up. 

this was fun but the writing didn’t do it for me unfortunately

this made me feel so much damn. feelings you don’t realize are there. i wish this was longer. i want more time with these two. 

i reallllyyyyy liked this. took me a little while to get into with the unique narrative voice, but by the end i was hooked and i cried. what a masterfully done child’s perspective. good reminder that kids see and hear everything and that they understand a lot more than we think they do. 

this only got good at the end, when it got really good. i cried.

i loved this so much. it felt exactly like the kind of thing i want to write, like to write. the style, tone, format, subject - i loved every second of it. i also liked the veiled references to place and people and things - having a similar upbringing i felt like i had the key into the inner workings of her life, understanding what she was talking about and experiencing. loved loved loved this. i think this was perfect tbh. 

very cute. i think the translation was a little literal, so felt a little clunky. still very sweet. i love books about books. 

I liked this. Enjoyable. Very interesting and different concept. Well executed.
