I really liked this and thought it was well written. The only thing with it was it was a bit far fetched. still had me gripped though and I really enjoyed reading it :)

Totally cheesy and a touch unrealistic but a great romantic Christmas read :)

It's rare for me to finish any book in this short amount of time these days but this on just kept me gripped all the way through.

Many of the proposals were a bit too extravagant for my tastes but I couldn't wait to see what the next proposal was going to be.

The actual plot itself outside of the proposals had me on a roller coaster of emotions and I sobbed at the end. In fact I've sobbed my way through a great deal of this book. My poor boyfriend had no idea what's been up with me!

This was totally unfulfilling. ...I didn't realise it was a prequel until I read the other reviews. ...If I'd been told up front it was a prequel I'd probably rate it higher as I did feel quite gripped right from the start....

**since writing this review, I have started reading the actual novel this is a prequel for....I'm loving it!**
