It was ok but definitely not a favorite or one I'd read again.

This is such a fabulous graphic novel. The artwork is just stunning and the story is amazing

This has got to be my favorite SK book that I have read to date! Absolutely terrifying

The story just didn't pull me it, I was just interested enough to know the ended but I don't believe I'll continue the series.

This was a great look into the different death rituals around the world. Caitlin Doughty really makes you think about how you can look at death, what your rights are concerning your loved ones (and yourself). I do agree that western culture has really gotten away from caring for their loved ones once they have passed on. I think it does make us more afraid of death when we are no longer around it.

Caitlin Doughty writes in such a way that it isn't just fact after fact but an experience. She writes with a style that makes you feel like you are listening to a friend tell you their travels and experiences in different death cultures.

If you are interested in learning about other cultures death rituals I would strongly recommend this book to you.

I never read this as a child but I did see the movie. I absolutely adored this book and I will definitely be getting it for my nephew when he's older. The Witches has the greatest quote I've ever read, "It doesn't matter who you are or what you look like so long as somebody loves you"

This one was pretty intense but I could not put it down. It's written in such a language that it's artful but the words can be downright horrific. I look forward to reading more of Poppy Z. Brite in the future.

In most long running series they tend to get monotonous or lose that something to bring you back. Not this series! Jonathan Kellerman is a fantastic writer that keeps you engaged and anticipating what is going to happen next! I can't wait for the next in the series!
