3.5/5 stars. I wish I taught middle school or high school because this book would be so important for those kids.

I wasn’t sure if I would like this book after the first few chapters. However, it got me towards the middle. It grew on me and I have put all of Elizabeth Gilbert’s books on hold :)

I read this because one of my favorite plays in the world was based off this story. They definitely did more with the story than what was here because this wasn’t very interesting to me.

This was an incredible trip that I'm still reeling from.

I was waiting for an audiobook to become available and I decided to listen to this one in the meantime. It was a mistake.
