There were stories in this collection that completely blew me away! Others left me more confused. This is one that I wish I would have read with a book club. I feel like I would have gotten more out of the story that way.

This was super interesting in the beginning, however, in the end I found myself surprised that I finished it. It was entertaining, but nothing more than that.

I read this because I'm on a challenge with my friend to see if the way a story is told can change the way you feel about it. We are going to be reading the book, watching the movie, and then watching a play that is based on this story. I enjoyed this book quite a bit! Especially in audiobook form. However, I predict that the play will be my favorite medium.

I was very confused throughout my reading of this, which makes me realize that I am very ignorant about this topic. I need to do research in order to understand this story. Hopefully, when I read it a second time, I will enjoy it more.

Gosh, how wonderful! I feel so grateful to live in a world with stories other people's stories.

I need to read absolutely everything that this woman has written.

Ugh, I have fallen in absolute love with listening to memoirs. Was this one my absolute favorite? No. However, I loved the experience of hearing Maggie's story. That's the best part of any memoir. Feeling like I've been given a gift by being able to listen to someone's story.

The entire first half of this book gripped me. I was listening to the audiobook and I felt like I could not stop listening. However, the second half had be a little bit lost. I enjoyed the book, there were some really interesting points made, and things said, however, it will not be one of my favorites of the year.

I remember when I first heard about this book on booktube. People were saying that it was weird. Well, this book was weird. I'm not quite sure how I felt about everything. It was entertaining, but I'm not sure how I feel about the ending. Yeah...this was weird.
