I love love love loved this book ❤️

I really struggle with fantasy in all forms. I thought I would love this one but it wasn’t my cup of tea

Just not my cup of tea. I was only reading it because others are so excited about it, not because I was excited about it. I’m not going to continue a 600+ page book just because others are excited about it if I don’t like it.

I really love how this book just decided it was going to be what it was. I haven’t  read a slower paced book in a while and I need to remember that sometimes it’s okay to just tell a story about a family with some problems.
