DNF’d. I tried the audiobook and this is just not my thing. I don’t really like funny stuff and I was put off by it right away with the tongue-in-cheek nature of it and puns. The ideas and plot were great, just not into the humour.

I DNF’d this after a couple chapters. I don’t like the authorial voice and perspective. Too self aware and sounds more like it’s for children than young adults (so far), which bugged me.

DNF’d it around 35% into the audiobook. I found it incredibly slow going and monotonous, unfortunately.

DNF’d at 10%. Couldn’t get into it and the huge infodump in the form of pages and pages a historical in-world report had my eyes glaze over. Just not for me, I guess.

I just cannot handle the narrator on audible. Might try again with the physical book but I can’t handle a narrator that annoying for 53hours. Ain’t gonna happen

DNF’d 2 hours into the audiobook. Pretty cringe satire/humour despite its about those stereotypes and racial prejudices (or so it seems this early), I’m just not into wading through that type of fiction. And it was just quite annoying, aided by the audio format I think.

DNF’d after around 2 hours into the audiobook. I found it incredibly boring. Probably I just done jive with the author. I didn’t like All the birds in the sky either.
