For a book that covers as many dark topics as this one does, it was really lacking in depth and incredibly short. Why was there no sign of grieving at the end, no discussion of Trina's character at all past "oh she's got a rap sheet and has shitty taste in men." I'm glad the author touched on Mrs. Duggleman, but I wanted more from that as well.
I just honestly found everything to be lacking in this novel, and that's disappointing to me. It had potential.
