As a reader who has never really loved Poe's work, I really liked this anthology. I think there was one story that didn't work for me, but that's typical in an antho. It was great to be able to read the original tales in the back and then look at the new versions with fresh eyes and I found some new-to-me authors that I'll be keeping track of!
