Surprisingly not awful, but nothing I'm going to ever be excited about.

It'll work well for the AP test!

This month I'm trying something new: waiting until the end of the month for ratings. What I find is that as time passes, my opinions change and become more solidified, so therefore...we're doing this...because I already want to change half my 2019 ratings (but I won't).

Anyway, in a nutshell, this was kind of fun, surprisingly enjoyable for a school read, but isn't going to be something I'll rave about anytime soon.

That was certainly an interesting way to end it.

Oddly I ended up liking this more than I thought I would when I started it. Also, there was character development, so that was a very large factor in my liking it.

If this weren't written in old English, I probably would have enjoyed it tbh. The plot is interesting and Hamlet makes a good character.

Interesting to see that some themes really transcend time

I really enjoyed this by the end, but the beginning didn't capture me so much

That was...not the most valuable piece of literature. I appreciate the time and effort and heart Rupi Kaur put into her poetry, but 1. I'm not entirely sure pressing enter a bunch of times really qualifies as poetry and 2. I think I was supposed to feel things, but I...didn't.

Anyway, if you want good poetry, read some Sylvia Plath. She's a queen.
