Gwendy's Button Box is an enchanting story and one that surprised me. It's slightly different than some of Kings other works, but the one thing it has in common: brilliant! along with many other readers, I only have one complaint: I wish that it was longer! 32 chapters and 164 pages is not enough Gwendy for me! OH, but it was so nice being back in Castle Rock...

I enjoyed this book so much! In true homage to Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None, Ten stands on its own as an edge of your seat slasher horror novel. eaxh time someone dies you'll be trying to figure out who the killer is even more. I want to read more books like this!

Brady is just so twisted and sick! this book is a little different than some of Kings works. to me it flows more like an action, fast paced thriller while still exploring the nature of an evil psychotic. I am excited this is a trilogy because I'm not ready to say goodbye yet!

this was my first short story of King's and it did not let me down! It's got me super pumped to watch the show that's in my DVR and maybe even the movie, too. the story really did scare me to think that what if the mist came with its creatures in real life. how would we all handle ourselves during that sort of crisis? king always has a way of making the imaginary seem real as well as exposing the true nature of man even in a story centered around creatures that fly, creatures with tentacles, etc.

can't wait to read more shirt stories now!!

In a literary world seemingly saturated with vampires, Fahy delivers a thrilling and refreshing twist that kept me entertained every page of the book. It was difficult to put this book down to eat, sleep, or go to work. I was drawn to the lead character because she's bold, witty, and fierce. She says everything you ever want to say but never do. I can NOT wait to read more of her story and see where Fahy takes her next!

I am not sure words will do this book justice.  I can't even totally form coherent thoughts about it.  This book.  THIS. BOOK.

I feel empty and whole at the same time.  I'm both excited and in agony.  I'm hopeful but also disgustingly pessimistic. And I'm in complete awe of the writing and how it evoked all of what I just said.

It's been a while since I've cried in a book.  Twice it happened in this one. And the second time lasted about 40 pages.  Best. Book. Of. 2017. PERIOD!

Man, oh, man! I don't know where to even begin with the review for this book. I had high expectations before reading due to its popularity and praise I've read. It did not disappoint AT ALL! Lee's writing is amazing and she knows how to tell a great story. I loved the all the character development. I was surprised more than once at events that happened. One scene made me put my book down and look around for someone to tell... even though I was in bed and it was nearly midnight! AND THAT ENDING!! Definitely enjoyed this book and can't wait to read the sequel!
