The concept of talking cats solving crimes is cute and clever, but the execution is poor. It's boring, the writing is clunky and confusing, and it jumps back and forth in time. I liked Joe and Clyde's relationship, though.

This book (and the rest of the series) is so drawn out, sexist, and boring. The only reason it's not 1 star is that I seemed to have liked it when I was 13. I have no idea why.
