PHE-Nominal! I was recommended this book, and it was way more than I expected. There’s spice (well, duh—it’s about a succubus), plot, and character development. I devoured this story—but be warned, it ends on a cliffhanger! (Book 2 comes out September 2025.) This book doesn’t disappoint in any way, and I’ll definitely be re-reading it before the sequel drops.

In true Nova Kane fashion, she gives you exactly what you’re looking for in this story. As we all know, The Cirque du Désir always has a theme, and since this is Bjorn and Giselle’s book, the focus is on Norse gods. Don’t worry—everyone makes an appearance, including Johnny’s crazy a$$ and Alaska!

This is erotic horror, so as usual, check your triggers. It’s a quick, spicy read with a twist at the end. (Hold on, I might be downplaying it a little bit. There’s blood, gore, and f*ing. 😈) It’s the perfect wrap-up to the trilogy. Definitely add it to your TBR!**

If you like 2000s slasher horror movies, then this would be right up your alley. The story follows a classic slasher formula but with multiple twists. Our FMC (female main character), Ashe, escapes her town’s serial killer and uses her trauma to become a horror-romance writer fresh out of school. What makes this serial killer unique is that they target one senior every year, leaving behind a grotesque scene in their wake.

Ashe and her friends embark on their annual camping trip one last time before starting their new lives, but from here, things go downhill. I loved every part of this: the FMC was snarky and quick-witted, the banter between characters was sharp, and yes, there’s some spice. If you don’t read this now, it’s definitely a perfect spooky season.

If there is one thing I love in a book and that is Good banter and spice. Ok that is two but you know what I mean.  The plot spice mix in this book was good. If you like a good bully, forced proximity , dark college romance you will love this.

Phenomenal!! I loved this so much, I’m telling you now, it’s going straight onto my re-read list. This is a modern day Great Gatsby retelling, executed in such a beautifully dark coded way. We all know the original story, but reimagining it as a horror romance was nothing short of brilliant.

The book follows two lost souls, Daisy (FMC) and Gatsby (MMC), from completely opposite backgrounds who find each other. I won’t give away any twists (no spoilers here!), but the storytelling is masterful. It was fascinating to explore Gatsby’s insecurities and how he reshaped himself into who he wanted to be.

That said, since this is a horror romance, check the trigger warnings—it delves into some heavy topics. Daisy’s character endures so much throughout the story, and at times, my heart absolutely ached for her. I absolutely love Tylor Paige's writing there are twist to this story that keep you locked in and the ending is fantastic. Just add it now to TBR.

OMG, this book is a Banger!

Okay, so if you’re reading this, you’ve probably already checked out The Devil in Disguise (Book 1). Well, buckle up, because this one picks up right where that left off—plus we get some wild new POVs of past events and way more backstory on Luke, who’s deliciously unhinged.

I was obsessed with this whole story. Luke is chaos in the best way, and Celeste’s growth? Chef’s kiss. But honestly? The real standout here is Olivia. Girl’s a professional piercer, and let’s just say… we see her work in action. My jaw literally dropped, which I still have to pick up.

And that cliffhanger?! Now I’m dying for Book 3. This is a absolute must ad to TBR.

This is one I’d definitely say add to your TBR! But fair warning, it ends on a cliffhanger, so brace yourselves.

The book doesn’t hold back when introducing the characters and how they ended up in the asylum. I loved that you get to know who everyone is upfront, including their diagnoses and backstories. The way everything unfolds is so smooth, and the spice is HOT.

You’re going to love Archer, Seven, Jordan, and Pastor Valentine (but definitely check the triggers with these boys). Rosie, our FMC, had no idea what she was getting into and every moment was fantastic.

When I say this duet is close to perfection, I mean it. I’m not usually a Rockstar Romance girlie, but I am an obsession, stalker, and unaliver girlie and Road to Ruin delivered all of that and more. This book has character development, banter, and plot twists. The spice of course is delicious.  I’m keeping this review short because I don’t want to spoil anything, but trust me, this is a must read.

** Warning ** This does end on a cliffhanger, so make sure you have Book 2 ready. This was recommended by a mutual, and I am so happy I did not put this on the back burner. Check triggers, check triggers, check triggers. There are some heavy themes in this book.
Teagan is an influencer and podcaster who wants to uncover the real story behind the mystery of the band God of Tomorrow. However, she soon finds out that she is way in over her head. Not only that, but she starts to fall for them. And like most rock group stories we’ve all heard about, things get wild when she joins them on a leg of their tour.
This is a fast-paced, smooth, easy read with delicious spice. If you love Rockstar romance, this needs to be on your list.

Check triggers with this one please. This is extremely fast paced and has a twist that I did not see coming. Since this is a quick novella I will give you this, it is nice and spicy, has a good story line. I can not wait for book 2.
