Dark, satire, and fantastic writing what more could you want?
RF Kuang tackles difficult topics with no fear. Athena was the perfect worst protagonist for this unhinged and entertaining way to broach the topic into more mainstream media. The pacing was fantastic, I couldn't put it down. Certainly, a page-turner and a must-read for anyone I can convience to read it.

I didn’t take this book seriously at all. It was a good fun time but by no means a masterpiece. Some of the events in the book had me laughing at the absurdity of what happened but it a good way.

The book was fast-paced so I was never bored but the time pacing could have been explained better for ease of following the story.
This book is a solid 3 stars but would consider an extra .5 for the interesting ending. though I'm not sure about cliffhangers
