It was a cute setup but I didn’t connect with Eva or any of the other characters. I think it was missing humour and a bit of heart.

Wrong book for me now. Not generally a fantasy reader and I think this might have been too big a leap for this reader now!

It was too intense for me right now. It’s well written, thorough, with enough anecdotal evidence to keep non-scientific minds (me!) engaged but it’s heavy material. 

This book needed more from me than I was able to give it right now! I stopped after 45 pages...
