Une série qui semble prometteuse. De l'action et une bonne histoire, simple, mais efficace, qui contient quand même quelques intrigues qui nous gardent accrochées. J'aime bien le style des illustrations, qui demeure simple tout en étant original. Au début les images étaient en couleurs pour tomber ensuite en noir et blanc!?! possiblement une erreur de mon édition numérique, le tout reste à vérifier dans le tome 2!

Malgré un très beau style d'illustrations, les personnages et l'intrigue m'ont laissé de glace. La seule raison pour laquelle j'accorde deux étoiles est pour le travail de l'illustrateur!

Un roman très bien écrit, on y voit bien le style de l'auteur qui prend forme (il s'agit de son deuxième livre je crois), un mélange de critique sociale cinglante, d'émotions, d'intrigue et de personnages crédibles et avec un style qui coule parfaitement! On y suit un adolescent au cours de sa dernière année de secondaire, dans une histoire qui évolue par fragment. Un livre d'une belle simplicité, sans artifice, mais fonctionne incroyablement bien! Sans être aussi troublant que Naufrage, il s'agit tout de même d'un excellent livre qui mérite d'être lu. J'ai adoré!

I gave three stars just for the originality of the concept itself, because there is nothing else to talk about. The authors wrote a short notice about the neighbors he encountered in his life and paint their portrait. Cute and sympathetic, but in the end, nothing more. Smart and brilliant idea, but the painting in itself is a caricaturist style that I don't enjoy much and the notice doesn't mean much when you don't know the person about who they talk. So... 3 stars.

Very good book for young one, it explain in a multicultural way (nothing specific to a religion) what death mean, why it happen, how to deal with it. A good way to talk about death with young children. The book in itself is beautiful, with illustration that are joyful and full of color. A good choice!

Un peu simple. On y suit une jeune femme en crise/dépression au début de la trentaine et on en profite pour glisser quelques notions de bases sur la psychologie. Des illustrations inttéressantes, une histoire simple mais divertissante tout comme le personnage principale. Tout est bien, mais rien n'est extraordinaire où ne se démarque particulièrement.

The lowest one so far. The action and the story just seem repetitive and nothing really new or original came out of it.

Looks good but a very not original story. The ending we keep me going for the next one for sure and then we will see, but I'm not fully in yet!

Not a bad start, but I was expecting a bit more. Hoping for a good development on the next issue.

Un développement intéressant dans l'histoire, une touche de mystère, de l'action et un style d'illustration minimaliste, mais très efficace. J'aime bien cette série!
