A telling of a life has immigrant from Mexico to the US. Lack of style and a story that even if it touch an interesting and actual subject, was just uninteresting, by the amount of little facts and familly anecdotes. Not really worth it in my opinion!

3,5/5. Very well done biography about and from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar a NBA player. The story sure talk about basketball but also about religion, racism and becoming who you want to be. Nothing really knew on those subjects or the way they are presented but just a good book that deserved its time.

This deluxe edition is gorgeous. Way above art and illustrations quality that we usually get in manga, paper quality is also better! That being said, this story/series is so good!! It has a lot, but a lot, of violence and action, but it also have a solid story, maybe not the most original, but well done, everything is put into place smoothly and I really enjoy reading it. The character is one hell of «hero» that's for sure! Can't wait to continue!! Fantastic new discovery!

L'entièreté du livre est une conclusion à cette magnifique série. Fitz ferme la boucle de sa vie et de ses aventures, fait des adieux et des retrouvailles comme le titre le mentionne si bien. Un livre touchant, beau, sensible et je le termine en étant heureux pour Fitz, un personnage auquel je me suis profondément attaché et je suis heureux qu'il es tpu trouver un peu de bonheur et de sérénité à la fin!

Un peu lourd à mon goût. Certains passages sont longs et décrivent des mouvements de troupes ou des descriptions de situations qui apportent bien peu. Le style réussit très bien à représenter ce que les mémoires d'un empereur romain aurait pu être et ce tour de force est bien mené. Mais pour moi, ce qui fait la force de ce livre, c'est les réflexions plus philosophiques sur la société, le monde et la vie qui sont éparpillées ici et là à travers le livre. J'en aurais pris encore plus cependant, j'ai pirs une dizaine de note, mais je m'attendais à en noter près d'une vingtaine. Bien heureux de l'avoir lu, une lecture qui vaut la peine, mais qui n'atteindra pas le sommet de classique absolu pour moi!

Always good, this series never let me down. This one was a bit slower in term of action, but I enjoy it anyway. I like that we get back at the Cirque du Freak a bit and we get to see some of those old characters from the beginning! We continue to learn, the plot continue to evolve, we get an idea of where it goes and how it might end. I like it a lot!

Typical YA contemporary. Some small mysteries and lot of casual day to day teenagers life. It also have a lot of characters that made it a bit more «complexe» then most books from this genre. I didn't like it for personal reasons but honestly it hasn't any major flaws. if you like YA contemporary you should check this one out! Personal liking 2/5, potential 4/5, I give it a fair 3/5.

Short and easy humor style cartoons. In the vibes of Charlie Brown, Mafalda, and those kind of comic. Simple, but the humor is well done, very actual and entertaining. it does what it suppose to do and do it well! Good job!

An environmental friendly message which I totally agree and find important, but the way this book tell it, a bit too dramatic, not that the subject isn't, but for children book, this was a bit «hard». I also find the ending too light, bringing a stupid solution, maybe it was to balance the drama but for me it just look like everything wasn't important because when can do... I would have love to like it but I didn't...

Read in English. This book is amazing. Wonderful art and characters that are so lovely! I care for them quickly and through the entire book and I really want to read the next one to see what will happen to them and what the mystery is all about! Perfectly done!
