This book is about the path that Sully Erna, from Godsmack, choose from is early years to creating Godsmack and achieving success. The book is not about rock'n'roll, drugs and alcohol, it's more about the choice we make, the importance of believing in yourself and following our dreams. The book is really great, well written and should be a must from every Godsmack fans, but also for those who love book about achievement, hard working and maybe even a little philosophy. Great book!!

Feel good to be back in the world of George R. R. Martin after reading his book and see the serie on tv this comic book seem like a logical choice. The story of this first issue is good and respect the original story but my only complain is that the graphic are not as pretty has i expect, theyre good, but not great, and i find some of the characters, the Starks sons and Greyjoy too much alike and easy to confuse. Also the story is good but far less complex that the book, maybe to attract a younger public.
Still a good choice for a fan of that universe but not a must and not the best way to discover Martin.

Wow, quel excellent roman!! D'une froideur et d'une violence terriblement humaine, il arrive à nous toucher profondément à travers le destin tragique de toutes ces vies qui se croisent et à travers les décisions que les différents personnages prennent! Vraiment magnifique! À lire absolument!

I won this book on a giveaway, thank to goodreads, and I'm glad to be the one to do the first review of it.

First of all it's a poetry book and it's seperate i two between two authors. Personnally I prefer a way more the poems by the first author, Johanna Rae, I find thme more profound and the themes were more in my style, bringing back emotions and parts of my life, the second author let me more cold with all the «nobody love me» stuff that I don't really give in. But the good point for the book is that it's really accessible, it's not, and some hardcore poetry fan may hate it for that, big and incomprehensible poetry, but more simple, accessible and without wanting to take it to another level without reason. That make the book easy to read and poems that are easy to rely to. So it deserve the time to take a look at it, even if your not in poetry a lot!

Une grande déception, voilà ce que ce roman fut pour moi. Non pas que se soit un très mauvais livre, les personnages sont forts attachants et le rythme est bien, mais c'est l'intrigue ou plutôt l'absence de réelle intrigue qui m'a déçu, j'ai eu beau vouloir croire jusqu'à la fin qu'il finirait par se passer quelque chose... mais non rien ou presque. De plus le mélange des genres drame/horreur est plutôt mal réussit ce qui à mon avis décevra les fans d'horreur tout comme les fans de drame. J'ai tout de même bien aimer le style de l'auteur et retenterai surement de le redécouvrir, mais malheureusement ce livre a laisser un grand vide pour moi.

Very good, intense, lot of action. I didn't give five stars, because I think that the story is not evolving as much, on a psychological level, as it use to be. But still good!

Un tres bon roman policier. Des personnages interessants, mais surtout une intrigue bien ficellee qui nous tient en haleine jusqu'a la fin! Bien hate de lire a nouvau un roman de cet auteur! Forte recommandation aux amateurs de romans policiers.
