Du grand Hemingway encore une fois! Une brève nouvelle, simple, mais grandement efficace et riche en émotion. Une histoire de bâteau, d'alcool et de gens qui tentent de survivre. J'ai adoré!

Facile, trop simple, on applique la recette des grands succès du genre des dernières années. Cela m,a fait penser à La fille du train, Avant d'aller dormir, Gone Girl, etc. mais tout est moins bien réussi. L'écriture est horrible, complètement sèche, aucune personnalité, des dialogues irréalistes et sans aucune émotion, cette partie est peut-être du a une mauvaise traduction en toute honnêteté, mais bon... Rien pour moi ici!

A book about reading that bring the focus on how you read, kind of thinking/meditating about your internal reading process. Not so sure what was the purpose of this book, for me I saw it has a book for new reader who want to read or read more and are not so sure where to start or what they like, to discover themselves as reader I guess... For me it was pointless, I obviously already read way too much and know myself well as a reader. Original work and way to go into the reading world, but not sure it will touch a vast public!

I didn’t like the way this book present its activities. The activities themselves are simple, but not a bad choice and a good variety of them, but the editing/organization/presentation of them is just not working well to search through or just to enjoy it visually. This might look like a very small detail, but for me, in this type of book, this make a huge difference.

Good activities to do outside and build stuff that’s, first, cool to do, second, might even be useful to know how to do it one day. The organization/presentation of the book is simple enough, but all the important element are there and the activities and step by step build are easy to understand. Well done!

I was very curious to read this new series of Hulk and I wasn't disappointed. Mr. Hyde as a villain was surprising but great and I enjoy how to story goes for this one. Will see if its stay focus in the next issues, but a really good start!

Good in the way it put all those pieces together, but again... it look a bit like a filler, they have been stretching this plot for so long now I just can't see how an amazing ending would be enough to close it all. I still hope and I still enjoying it, but at the same time it has to end or bring us somewhere new soon!

Simple but good book putting difference into perspective and showing how it don’t change much and how we should accept and respect difference of all kind, which is a good and important message!
Since I got this one as an ARC I thought it was worth mentioning that the Epub version did not work at all. I wasn’t able to see the illustrations or the text, so...

What I like about this step by step drawing book, and what allow it to stand out a bit from the mass, was that it give little stats (speed, strength, etc.) of those little creatures that you learn to draw so kids can create game with them and their imagination, a bit like Pokémon’s, or so many other creatures based like game. The drawing guide is well done and easy to follow the progression of the drawing. My only minus is that kids that would enjoy play with those creatures and kids you would be able to draw them wouldn’t necessarily be the same age, I mean that the drawing might be too difficult for the targeted audience here, because some are hard enough to draw. It depends of what your kid like and how good he is at drawing I guess. Good book but think about the age and ability of your kid before buying it!

A very short book about loving yourself and acceptance. I respect the message in it, but the book in itself wasn’t for me. The art wasn’t my style and it felt very cheesy. Too bad because the message was good and important!
