This was bad. Way too cheesy, unoriginal, low average illustrations and really just a big lack of substance to it.

In the middle of this one I kind of loose a bit of interest, that’s why I downgrade it one star, but it picks up later so I’m still onboard. I love the originality, the characters, the universe and the humor, my only complaint is the slow pace and low action.

The premise and inspiration of this one sound fascinating, but it failed in the execution. The pace is too slow, the horror/supernatural stuff not present enough, the storyline evolution is too low in this first volume and the characters are totally uninteresting. The idea was good, but this comic isn’t.

Not a good adaptation of the Takeshi Kovacs universe. The arts isn’t good, I’ve seen work from this artist before and from what I’ve seen I’m really not a fan of his work. The story is kind of typical of that universe, so that’s a good points, but at the same time a bit unoriginal... everything look to me as a clichés or a caricature of the books series, the books already have a lot of clichés but this comic one push it again further. If you’re a big fan of the books or TV shows, maybe you should try it, have a look, but I wouldn’t recommend starting in this universe with this one, because it didn’t do justice to it!

An adaptation of the book "Noire" by Tania de Montagne, which I didn’t read so can’t really compare both. But for this book alone, I find it to be a good representation of what it was like to live in that time as a black person. It offer good history and social background and it’s presented in an easy to understand format that could be accessible to a vast majority. Of course if you already know about that time and already learn or read on that subject, you won’t learn much, because all of it was, like I said, easy and basic. Well done, like it, probably more suitable for people who don’t know much about that time/subject, but could be also «enjoyable» for more people. The art also have uniqueness in its style that I like. Well done!

This book was hilarious! I laugh at every single page of it! There is mostly no words, just simple sketch of bunny killing themselves. It's stupid I know. But God it was funny!!

4,5/5. The plot of this comic is very average, but it's still a good comic. Why? The Joker! It's a very good presentation of who is the Joker, how it think, the craziness but with that same logic in his action. It remind me a lot of the personification that Heath Ledger did in The Dark Knight, not sure which came first, but seem to have gone out it 2008... (if you know please let me know in the comment). If you are a Joker fan, this book is a must, at least for the cover, is it the most disgusting creepy comic cover ever? I would have like a more solid plot line to go with it, but definitely worth my time!

Great volume! A strong storyline evolution and good action as well. Hazel growing up and become more and more fun to watch. The universe kind of expanding to with the same craziness we know so far. Entertaining!

Not the most epic story ever written, but I like the universe, the humor and the characters, and for me that's good enough to have a great time and enjoy it!

2,5/5. Not sure I care much for those characters and that story anymore. It feel so stretch and some parts of it are really repetitive. The only good point in this one is the beginning of a new «complex» civilization and that's intriguing. I will probably continue until I reach issue #200, to see if sometimes happen at this point, and it will also be easier to remember when I quit, but it would probably be the end of it for ma after that!
