A simple book that explain the basic of the minimalism. Made for teenage reader, this book does a very good job explaining it all in an easy and accessible way! It also explain why minimalistic help and how or over consumption destroy the environment, but also our health and life quality of some country. In our actual world, showing kids that consumption isn't the way to happiness and that it has way more negative aspect to it then positive one is something really important. This book also present some tips and way to, not became the best or craziest about minimalistic way of life, but just simple choices you can make that does a difference. Not the nest presentation/visual for the book itself, but a very strong and important message in it! Good idea!
Good little survival book for children/pre-teens. It cover equipment, animals, weather, injuries, and more. A survival book... not much to say about that, but his one sure does a decent job!
Can say much good about this one. First, I wasn’t able to read vol. 2 because of an error from the publisher who put vol. 1, again and not vol. 2 on NetGalley. So I was a bit lost in the story. The story was still alright but a bit repetitive and not has epic as the first, less Voodoo relation also. All that make vol. 1 great was loss or diminish here! Second, the illustration style was not even close to be as good, I think they change the illustrator, not entirely sure, but from what I’ve seen it look like it... The new style was kind of granular and less spectacular in term of color intensity. All those points make me lose a lot of interest for this book and this series that I first like a lot! I might try vol. 4 if there is one one day, but I’m not sure if I will continue after it. Give vol. 1 a try, it worth it and then follow your own opinion as to continue or not from what you’ve seen!
Very cute story about a little bear who want to grow faster and everyone give him advice on it. Funny, pretty and can even serve as a way to help kid learn at everybody advice isn’t necessarily good to take! Well done!!
What promise to be an epic scyfy/fantasy series or at least volume finally end up at being a lot of tonnages talking and not doing much. This comic is way too slow for my personal taste. We see the story and world building up and up and maybe something will happen later but for this volume, way too long and big lack of action make my interest very tin!
Funny story with kind of a moral to it. I like it and also enjoy the artwork. Nothing really special about it but just a good story. Simple but good!

I loved the concept of this book way more than the book itself. This branded itself as a retelling of Dante Inferno, which I want to read for years now but never read it yet... I wanted to like it and I like the fact that each issue is one of the Hell circles and all, but I would have like it better if it has been darker. I find it too «soft» even in the illustrations style, everything is too young and easy going to be a trip to Hell. Good concept but the execution failed unfortunately!
I enjoy this one way more then I thought I will. First those kind of historical comic book are not really my thing, but when I saw the alternate history, kind of old Russian history mixed with fantasy and science-fiction, this catch my attention. The story is interesting, the style is original enough, the illustrations are a bit classical for my taste, but I don’t mind in that case because it serve and represent the storyline very well. What was strange in this one was the fact that everything that normally turn me off in comic were more a less present but in this one I consider them a good thing, which is really weird, but it definitely did the job in this book! Worth looking at! Good work!
A good story with an unique and interesting new mutant that I hope will come back in a future episode. Same comment as the first volume of the uncanny x-men, good story, good characters, but alweays a little bit the same. Worth reading!
