This series really had me mixed up my feelings. I loved parts of hit, but there's also big downside to it sometime. I think it's a good series, maybe a bit overhype, but still entertaining and like I said a lot of time, very original!

Un roman complexe et un mixe de genres. On se retrouve dans un univers futuriste fort intéressant et original, le concept de mort n'est pas complètement annulé, mais contournable car on peut maintenant downloader sa conscience dans différentes enveloppes (corps). Concept unique et bien développé, comme l'ensemble de l'univers. L'intrigue est plus policière, un meutre, une enquête, des magouilles, ici c'est beaucoup moins original, et en voulant créer une intrigue trop complexe, on s'y perd un peu. Les personnages sont biens, mais pas particulièrement attachants et parfois un peu difficiles a cerner avec les changements de corps et tout. Du très bon, du un peu moins bon. Le roman vaut amplement la lecture et je lirai la «suite», il fait partie d'un cycke (trilogie). Si vous avez envie de découvrir un univers original et que vous aimez le mélange policier/science-fiction, vous devriez peut-être tenter votre chance!

Last volume. Good ending to it all, but even if I like this originality behind it a lot, it just feel a bit stretch, a big too long and it just push it a bit too far for my liking. Not a bad series at all, maybe I had too much expectation for it, but I was expecting something more than that!

I didn't enjoy it as much as the others readers seem to have, but it definitely not a bad book. It's original, had good action, and may be the kind of the book that will attract boys to reading, and if it does, well it's more then enough to justify it's existence. But for me, I don't know why but I just not get into it, I'm not a big fan of those book based on video game, and I like video game a lot, but I when I play, I love to play, and when I read I read, it's not because I like both of those activities that I enjoy mixing them up.

Livre intéressant qui nous force à réfléchir sur la nature, les liens qui y existent, notre rôle, nos actes et leurs conséquences. J'ai trouvé particulièrement incroyable de voir à quel point l'auteur est un visionnaire, beaucoup de choses qui y sont écrites sont plus naturelles aujourd'hui, bien qu'il reste énormément de travail, mais de penser que quelqu'un pensait ainsi en 1997 (date de la première édition) c'est assez stupéfiant. Points négatifs, j'ai trouvé que l'auteur s'y égare un peu parfois, parlant de tout et de rien, d'un sujet à l'autre, passant de l'écologie à la biologie ne passant par la géologie. Je me serais peut-être attendu à apprendre un peu plus, étant déjà assez conscientisé par le sujet, cela explique peut-être le fait que j'ai moins appris. Sinon, très bon livre que je conseillerais à ceux qui n'ont pas de conscience environnementale encore en 2016 (ouvrez-vous les yeux! il n'y a pas que l'économie!) ou pour ceux qui commence à lire et à s'informer sur le sujet. Peut aussi très bien servir à se rafraîchir la mémoire et à se rappeler des concepts de bases, mais que le monde dans lequel on vit nous force parfois à oublier!

Ce n'est pas le genre de BD que j'aurais normalement lu, mais étant odnné tout ce que j'avais entendu sur celle-ci j'ia décidé de lui donner une chance... et j'ai bien fait. Un bijou d'originalité, presque sans aucun mot, des illustrations magnifiques, on joue avec les cases par moment et le tout en traitant d'un sujet difficile, l'ablation d'un sein suite à un cancer. Un sujet difficile, auquel je peux difficilement comprendre au premier plan étant un homme, mais on arrive quand même a ressentir l'émotion et le besoin de réapprendre à accepter son corps suite à ce changement. J'enlève un étoile, car le côté un peu trop ludique du théâtre burlesque était un peu long à mon goût, mais sinon, une excellente oeuvre qui vaut amplement le détour!

De magnifiques illustrations et de l'action à revendre, mais une histoire un peu trop légère. J'ai tout de même hâte de voir la suite!

A good variety of stories. It's an anthology so, different story, by different author, which is great. Some are, of course, better then others, but overall it's a good anthology, that offer great variety of horror in it's style of illustrations and of storyline. Interesting and original!

This book is really great! First as an object it's just beautiful. Second, it present not only urban art/graffiti, but it also give you information about Tokyo graffiti and culture in a more general way. I never been to Tokyo, and God I hope to go one day, and this book just push me even more into wanting to go there! If you enjoy urban art, good photography and are interest in Tokyo this book is definitely worth looking for. Saying it like that may sound like it's for a very specific public, but it's not, I don't know a lot about all at, and I really enjoy it anyway! It's a good book to read and a really good book to look into!

Just want to add a note on this one. What I'm about to say haven't impact my review in anyway but it's something quite rare these days and I though it worth mentioning. I first received this book on netgaley, in a pdf format (not sure if it was pdf... anyway, but the edition was not working. I mentioned it on the site... and long story short, the publisher contact me, offer me to send a real hardcover copy to kind of apologize for it. I find it really nice of them and think it's a really rare kind of customer service in those days, so just want to thank the publisher for that!

Not only is this book a guide to help people draw dragons, but it could very well help young or beginner artist learn new way to draw, new technique that could be use drawing more than just dragon. It also present legend for various part of the world, various mythology. And, finally, it contain very beautiful illustration that fantasy fans would probably enjoy. So it's a book that offer more then it pretend to, that can please artist as well as dragon lovers. Good book, good surprise!
