I don't think there are words to review this book. I acc have no thoughts and my entire body is numb and it's 5am. I fear I will never be able to read another book ever again. Never have I read a book that's left me so completely speechless and so unsure of how I feel. I will remember this book and our girl until the end of time. What a beautiful book I am floored.

A cute simple winter story with hinting at what the future story lines may be. Definitely a nice transition and felt like the passing of a torch to the next trilogy. Short but sweet :)

I hated frank. With a passion.

Maybe im just young and missed the point but all cleo wanted was to be loved the same way she loved him and he just refused to give her that. i forgive cleo for sleeping with anders as she was seeking any kind of love after frank just outright neglected loving her. he expected her to be the bigger person constantly when he should look at himself and realise hes the massive man child here and maybe she is just a normally young gal trying to just love. I also hated how he wanted to wait to have sex with eleanor and slept with cleo on the first night. It seemed soaked in purity culture when he was so obsessed when he finally slept with Eleanor. why is he such a knob omg. Hate frank club. poor cleo is the victim imo. I jsut wanna give her a hug.

i know i just ranted but i hate the character not the book. Adored the rest of the characters and just felt a lot during this book.
