This sadly took me a few days to get into but once I got past the 25% mark it began intriguing me.
The world interests me and I'm excited to see where it goes.
I would be interested in seeing a novella about Maggie turning if it isn't focused on in a future book.

I expected a light-hearted magical read but this was a darker than that. I enjoyed the descriptions of the toys, it really brought them to life.
I struggled to ever get into this though. The characters didn't interest me. I was left confused at times as well. Possibly down to my reading slump.

omg I loved this.
Perfect start to 2018. I think this is possibly my new favourite Marie Lu book. 

The world Marie creates is so vivid and beautifully written you can't help but get lost. The world came alive as you read. 

I loved Emika. I'm excited to see where her character goes in book 2. I'm 50/50 on what I feel about Hideo, for so much of the book I loved him but then the end made me think maybe he's not such a good guy. But I still want to like him. The struggle. 

I highly recommend this. Possibly a new all-time favourite book.

this was a struggle for me. I found it difficult to really care. it felt too slow starting that I lost too much interest by the time it picked up pace.

I really enjoyed this. I don't know how I hadn't read or even watched the movie before now. hoping to get around to watching the movie soon.

This is my first Lisa Gardner book and I need to read more by her soon.
I was easily captivated by the story. found myself guessing the whole time and still didn't get it correct.

I did enjoy this but I wished there was more of an aftermath

I expected more from this. I struggled the whole time to really care about Lux or the majority of it. The reveal to why Lux couldnt remember was a shock but it felt like a let down.
