3.5 stars. there was so much going on all at once and not enough of it felt completely fleshed out. very fun story though!!

had to hide in the bathroom at work for 20 minutes while i sobbed and i’m not exaggerating at all

hmmmmmm…. i kinda anticipated that this was gonna be different timelines, and even though we found out he wasn’t juggling 3 girlfriends at once, i still didn’t like joseph very much. he was cagey and i had trouble trusting anything he said at all even after he admitted everything idk. love beth o’leary though

this should have been titled “think of the worst guy possible and then make him way worse”

this started off so strong and then just lost my interest half way through

moving this down to 3 stars bc it wasn’t at all what i was expecting it to be and i wish it was grittier and not so wholesome (sounds weird asking for that lol)

i liked this but it really didn’t blow me away. i think i went into it with too high expectations and that kind of ruined it for me a bit. i couldn’t really connect with the characters to be honest.
