An entertaining survivalist story that kept me hooked from beginning to end, but left me wishing for a bit more closure. I only just now realized there wasn't a drop of romance in the story - normally a part of a YA book I tend to miss - but that wasn't the case at all here. The story holds its own and focuses on self, family, friend, and canine relationships.

Another adorable story from Lucy Keating! Super meta and original, and oozing with cuteness. Read this in one sitting. The perfect book for writers and book lovers!
