Meh. Not memorable.

It just wasn’t for me.

It was a quick and fast paced read. My only complaint really was that it was predictable.

I really enjoyed this read! It has cozy feels to it but I wouldn’t say it’s totally a cozy fantasy book. It was still a great read but there are scenes that involve violence. Some may find this troubling if you’re trying to read a cozy fantasy.

I took a pause on reading this book around 60 pages in and I don’t know why! I continued reading and really couldn’t put it down. I thought the imagery and her way of writing was great. I gave it 4 stars because I wanted to know more about the world they lived in. I wished there were more explanations on the setting of the world and the Fairy King.
