3.5 stars. Started out super strong, but just kind of plodded along for me in the end.
4.5 stars. Good information told with a lighthearted and funny voice. Down-to-earth approach that centers on responsive parenting, making the "gentle" parenting idea possible without feeling like you are just being a doormat for your children. As she states several times, responsive parenting is NOT permissive parenting. I read via audio format. While this was enjoyable and easy to digest, I do think that a combination approach with the audio and the physical book is the best way to consume this particular book.
4.5 stars. Excellent premise and a good story line. Strong writing style that kept me hooked. The ending didn't hit as hard as I was hoping, but still a very enjoyable read. I'll definitely be keeping a lookout for future releases from Sierra Greer.
