So far this is my favorite Jane Austen. It was easier for me to read and follow than the ones I have read thus far and the story line kept me interested the whole way through. It didn't hurt that it ended the way I wanted it to. :)
Cute YA read. I wasn't sure about it at first...it seemed a little too cutesy, but it totally grew on me. It really was just the right amount of cute. Quick and easy read.
This is a really cute read! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. If you enjoy books by Meg Cabot, Sophie Kinsella and Jane Green then you will be very pleased by this book. I'm not much for religion, but I love historical fiction. I was shocked at how much I enjoyed this book. It read super fast for me and I really enjoyed it. I wouldn't mind reading it again.
I was surprised at how much I liked this book. The characters were mostly realistic, the plot moved smoothly and I was interested very early on. I haven't read many of Ms. Crusie's books, but based on this one I should probably read her works more often.
I struggled a little bit with this book in the beginning...but only because the formatting of my e-copy was a freaking mess. I will admit that Eleanor's life made me feel wildly uncomfortable. I felt so bad for her and at the same time I was more or less on the edge of my seat waiting for bad things to happen to her.
The relationship between Eleanor and Park is special. The narrative is even better. It's a different point of view than most YA novels in a sense. The language is different, more internal and more real. There were a lot of things in their relationship that made me a bit nostalgic about my first real relationship.
The ending...hmm...I think it's one of those that either make you love or hate the book. In my case, I think it worked. It hurts, but it's good.

As with her other books, very cute story and quick, easy read. The ending was a bit more rushed than I prefer.
