Over 20 years since I first read one of her books, I still love Mary Higgins Clark. I always get so hooked in the end that I can't put it down until I finish - no matter how late it is.

Staying up until 2am to finish is always the sign of a decent book. I do have a fondness for Mary Higgins Clark and she didn't let me down with this one. I did have one disappointment in the plot that made it feel like a cop out, but I can't explain it more than that without creating a spoiler. Other than that though, I really enjoyed this book.

4 1/2 stars. I am still totally in love with Ruby. All of these books go together very well. I love how real Ruby feels as a character. My feelings were all over the board with this one, but I'm a bit more content with the ending on this one than the last.

A sad, but cute novel with a good and simple plot. Mildly predictable at times, but still worth the read. For the full review: http://erraticprojectjunkie.blogspot.com/2013/01/after-you-by-julie-buxbaum.html

I loved this one. Sarah Dessen just has a way of making everything make sense. There's no force to it, the story just flows.

Couldn't put this one down. Super cute and quick read. Even though it may be geared more toward young adult, I really enjoyed it. I now have her other books on my "to read" list.

I love Sarah Dessen. Though I tend to be somewhat embarrassed that I love YA fiction so much, these books always read so easily. This book was cute and fun to read. I couldn't put it down and wound up reading it in one day...staying up until 2:30 am just to finish. Full review to come...

Very cute YA fiction. It read super fast and I couldn't stop reading. For the full review: http://erraticprojectjunkie.blogspot.com/2012/11/just-listen-by-sarah-dessen.html

Once again, a rating thwarted by Goodreads's lack of half-stars. I actually rated this one at 4.5 stars. The narration is awesome and the feel of the book reminded me a little of Lemony Snicket. Flavia is very precocious for her age and there are a lot of ten-dollar words at work. It's very light-hearted and whimsical for a mystery and that made it all the more fun. I also really liked all of the chemistry references sprinkled throughout the plot. I'm just nerdy like that.
