When I was a kid I remember my Dad bought this series in bulks. The books are really small and thin in the A6 formats and there are probably almost two hundred books in the series because it took so much space in the bookshelves. Oh, my Dad love it, he practically lapped it up, followed by my uncle. When we moved to a new house he sold the books only to read it again this year then he proceeded to force me to read it. I mean, I tried, trust me, but it's just not my cup of tea. Usually when he recommend a book to me I have to read it, because he has a great taste (remember that time he told me to read His Dark Materials and it turned out to be my favourite, even though he haven't even read the book), but i can tell that this one is just not gonna be it.

i thought i couldn't hate Isabelle (i refuse to call her belly, that nickname isnt cute, it's gross) more than I already did, but apparently i was wrong. Isabelle is selfish, immature, whiny, weak, and she lets me down every single damn time.

Like this one time when Jere cheated on her and he apologised and asked her to marry him in one conversation and she said YES ??? What the hell is going on ??? She went from angry to happy in one quick swipe, making major decision without even thinking about it.


I don't remember her apologising to Taylor either (maybe she did? i don't even remember) even though she was a completely shitty friend to Taylor for years.


And Jere cheating on her is so completely out of character, okay. Jere was pissed at Conrad for the way he treated her on book two so i don't think that Jere is capable of doing these things to Isabelle. This is stupid. I mean how old is she in this book? Why is she even considering marriage even when she clearly still thinks about Conrad? These weak ass shit characters are pissing me off.


Anyway, I didn't finish reading this book, I stopped on page 80 because i'm just done.
