🇺🇸 This is a reread that I already loved with all my heart at first read, though I’d forgotten how intense, crazy, nerve-wracking, and heart-wrenching it was. Nesta’s story is so deep and raw and her love story with Cassian–brave, honest, kind, strong Cassian– is absolutely amazing. Their journey was show-stopping, both as a couple and as individuals. This reread was an absolute blast.

🇫🇷 C'est un roman que j'ai déjà aimée de tout mon cœur à la première lecture, même si j'avais oublié à quel point c'était intense, fou, angoissant et déchirant. L'histoire de Nesta est si profonde et son histoire d'amour avec Cassian - si brave, honnête, gentil, fort - est absolument incroyable. Leur parcours était spectaculaire, à la fois en tant que couple et en tant qu'individus. Cette relecture a été une redécouverte magnifique.

I was so expecting to hate this book and my hopes were so low I think it explains why I enjoyed it so much in the end. That and the audiobook which was *SIK* lol. Joe Arden made me melt in a puddle on the floor. The smut is out of this world, never been h0rn!er in my life while listening/reading something. FRTC
