🇫🇷 Une lecture très agréable pour un dernier tome à la hauteur. J’ai pris grand plaisir à suivre les aventures des 4 mamans et de leurs enfants et amours et j’attendais l’histoire de Delia avec une grande impatience car c’était sans doute la plus indépendante de toutes et surtout la plus réfractaire aux hommes et à l’amour. C’est justement pour ça qu’Enzo était pile l’homme qu’il lui fallait. Doux, attentif et très à l’écoute de ses besoins.
Moi qui déteste le trope ‘miscommunication’ je crois que je n’ai jamais lu un livre ou les deux personnages communiquent autant et qu’est-ce que c’était rafraichissant ! Ils s’ouvrent, se parlent, s’écoutent, se comprennent, son présents l’un pour l’autre avec une facilité déconcertante. C’était très beau et doux à lire.
Pleins de coeurs pour l’épilogue gigantesque également, c’était un plaisir de repartager un bout de route avec les autres couples avant la toute fin.
En bref, une saga super, sympa, drôle et touchante que je conseille à tout le monde de lire.

I really enjoyed following the adventures of the 4 moms and their children and partners, and I was really looking forward to Delia's story, as she was probably the most independent of them all and, above all, the most resistant to men and love. That's precisely why Enzo was just the man she needed. Gentle, attentive to her needs.
As someone who hates the 'miscommunication' trope, I don't think I've ever read a book where the two characters communicate so much, and it was so refreshing! They open up, talk to each other, listen to each other, understand each other, and are there for each other with disconcerting ease. It was very beautiful and sweet to read.
I had a lot of fun with the extended epilogue too, and it was a pleasure to share a bit of the road with the other couples before the very end.
In short, a great, fun, funny and touching series that I recommend everyone to read.

Great novel! I immediately became attached to Ada. I loved her determination and courage. Her attraction to Weston is instantaneous and their immediate chemistry can be felt across the pages. Weston is also a very good main character. It's so rare to see a man talk openly about his doubts and vulnerabilities. Seeing him suffer, struggle, and acknowledge his chronic depression and not be ashamed to seek treatment or talk about it was really touching. Watching their love story slowly build around the renovation of Weston's project was beautiful and sweet. I also loved the secondary characters and can't wait to discover their stories too.
🇫🇷J’ai beaucoup apprécié ma lecture. Les deux narrateurs sont fantastiques et j’adore les écouter en duo comme ici. Comme nous sommes maintenant au tome 3, je me suis maintenant bien attachée aux personnages et à la dynamique un peu folle de ce groupe d’amies, de leurs enfants et de leurs conjoints respectifs.
Honnêtement, c’est très drôle. Ça me rappelle un peu Desperate Housewives, mais si les nanas avaient décidé de vivre ensemble dans la même maison plutôt que dans le même quartier.
Dans ce tome-ci, j’avais hâte de découvrir Dylan, qui est un peu ‘la coincée’ du groupe. Elle m’a beaucoup étonnée, et j’étais tellement heureuse de la voir lâcher peu un peu le contrôle qu’elle essayait de maintenir sur elle-même, son fils et ses proches en général.
Rowan était hooooot, très drôle et franc. Ils étaient vraiment faits l’un pour l’autre et ça se ressent dès leur rencontre.
En résumé, une lecture très sympa !

Honestly, it's a lot of fun. It reminds me a little of Desperate Housewives, but if they had decided to live together in the same house rather than in the same neighborhood.
I was looking forward to read Dylan’s story, who's a bit of a 'stick-in-the-mud'. She surprised me a lot, and I was so happy to see her gradually letting go of the control she was trying to maintain over herself, her son and her loved ones in general.
Rowan was hooooot, very funny and straightforward. They were really made for each other, and you could tell from the moment they met.
