Gloves Off by Stephanie Archer is the 4th book in the Vancouver Storm series and is available June 17, 2025. 

Alexei Volkov, the NHL’s toughest veteran enforcer, can’t stand the beautiful team doctor, Georgia Greene. He thinks she’s an entitled shopaholic that only got the job because of her family name. The disdain is mutual, Dr. Georgia Greene is thoroughly annoyed by Volkov’s grumpy demeanor. Naturally the pair find themselves agreeing to a marriage of convenience. Alexei is dealing with immigration concerns for himself and his parents and Georgia is set to receive her much needed inheritance after she’s married. Georgia plans on using the money to continue funding for a rehab program she’s running in conjunction with the hospital she works at. They both lead very busy lives so how bad could this arrangement be? When their walls finally come down will they still feel the same about each other? 

Ughhhh I LOVED this! Alexei and Georgia’s chemistry sparks off the pages, you won’t be able to put this book down! Alexei falls hard for Georgia and it’s so fun to read. The two are so likable and eventually share great communication. Read Gloves Off if you like:

I was lucky enough to get an advanced listeners copy and let me tell you, JF Harding and Stella Hunter bring the heat with this narration! Pick up this audiobook if you’re in the listening mood, you won’t regret it.
